Version 2.2 TERMS/MSDS Standard:

 

1.                               Updated the Federal Tier II Report.

2.                               Added the confidential Tier II Report.

10.                           Registration problems were corrected where user needed to register the program after every installation.  Only need to do once, then after that, no registration is required for subsequent installations.  Only need to put the Corbus Customer Number in.  It is no longer required to enter the entire registration to finish the registration.

11.                           Updated the installation with Installshield 7.03.  This update includes fixes for the following installation issues:

A.     MDAC 2.5 now automatically installs when not present on machine.

B.     Fixes problems with LAN/WAN where security was turned off and network version set back to single user version after installation of client machine.

C.     Allows the use of switches /r for recording a silent install and /s to activate silent installation.  See Install-Silent.pdf for more information in the Manuals directory (LAN/WAN CD-Rom Only).

D.     Allowance of repair option that if problem with program, user can “repair” the installation in Add/Remove Programs.

E.      Added to uninstall that if you try to Remove the program, a message will appear stating that you will remove your data and give the user the option to cancel the uninstallation of Corbus MSDS Software.

1.                   Fixed problem with Pennsylvania Hazardous Substance Survey that last reportable chemical was dropped off the report.

2.                   Fixed problem in the Emergency Information Window when having 911 as a phone number in any of the phone number fields.  Error resulted was 380 Invalid Property Value if 911 was entered as a phone number.

1.                   Fixed problem with HAP Usage/Monthly Sum where the lbs used was not calculating by ingredient max percentage and showing larger monthly summary totals than normal.

2.                   Fixed problem with Importing Transactions where the Exception screen would not pick up when there are null Amounts being imported.

3.                   Fixed problem with Importing Transactions where the Exception Screen would erroneously disregard disbursements.

4.                   Fixed problem with Recalculate Transaction Totals where if disbursements were before a receipt, the Reportable Amount used was not picking up true amount.

5.                   Fixed problem with Archiving MSDSs from the key information screen by adding a message that if you do not archive, then a message box will inform you that the proceeding MSDSs inventory will not be transferred.

1.                   Fixed problem with creating Federal Tier II media generation when selecting all Facilities to import into Tier II Submit 2005.  Problem where facilities were being transferred without data.

1.                   Fixed problem with Send Multiple Email Attachments in Utilities.  Situations where Outlook Express was not the default email client, the email attachments would not attach to the composed message.  Now works with Outlook.

 

Version 2.97 (02/13/2007)

 

1.         Fixed when compiling Tier II by product that when MSDS has a product Cas, the inventory is doubled.

2.         Fixed Transaction Usage Report when compiling by All MSDS and not producing all results of the report and problems were also addressed with specific gravity not showing accurately to do calculations for the reported totals. 

 

 

Known issues:

1.                   VOC Rolling Emission and VOC Emissions reports do not match in totals.  We are researching this problem to determine the error reported is correct as stated.  We will have any corrections as soon as they are available.
