How to Export a HTML or TXT Body:

SUMMARY

Procedures are explained on how to export MSDS bodies.  

PROCEDURE

1. When the program is open, select the MSDS within the Material Safety Data Sheet Window by highlighting the MSDS.

2. Double-click on the product name, or go to the drop down menu File and then View MSDS Body.

3. Find the Export button at the bottom of the View MSDS Body window and select the button.

4. Choose the name and location of the MSDS file.  It will be saved the the same extension as the type of file.  If HTML, the file will be saved with an .HTM extension.  If Text, it will be .TXT.

5. Open your E-Mail handler and attach the file to your email message.
