If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

We have recently added a Finding Solutions section for on-line technical support assistance or visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.  You may want to see if we already have this issue there before submitting a Support Request.  Also, if your problems experienced are relating to Adobe Reader® and inability to open MAXCOM reports or labels, please refer to Adobe's Website for more information. 


Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What version of the software are you using?

  2. What is the Product Name?  Use the Ctrl key and click on each name if more than one product.

   3.   What operating system are you using?

   4.   Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem or error number:
         
          (example: "Editor doesn't respond to up-arrow under image")

   5.   If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it, leaving a blank line between steps:

      

       (example: "1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...")

      If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the 

      circumstances in  which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

      

         (note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible problems)

            error number, procedure number, and message (found within the Details Tab of the Error Handler) (This message box is found
